Terms of Use
Effective date: June 7, 2026
These Terms of Use govern your use of Scout, a personal goal partner app operated by Scout ("we," "us," or "our"). By downloading or using Scout, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
What Scout is
Scout is a personal goal partner app. It provides personalized daily tasks, guidance, and behavioral insights grounded in published research. Scout is not a medical service, mental health service, therapy, or clinical treatment of any kind.
Scout is not a substitute for professional medical, psychological, or psychiatric care. If you are experiencing a mental health crisis or medical emergency, contact a qualified professional or emergency services immediately.
AI-generated guidance
Scout's tasks, responses, and insights are generated by artificial intelligence. AI can be inaccurate, incomplete, or unsuitable for your particular situation, and it may occasionally produce content that is wrong or out of context. You are responsible for using your own judgment before acting on anything Scout suggests.
Guidance is informational only and is not professional advice. Do not rely on Scout for decisions that require medical, legal, financial, or other professional expertise.

Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of Scout. General
If any provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the rest remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
