How Scout uses the science

Scout does not pick tasks from a generic list. Every task generation runs a three-step pipeline that combines your profile with the evidence database.

Profile matching

Scout builds a profile of how you work: your patterns, obstacles, energy, and what has and has not worked before. When a familiar obstacle keeps showing up, Scout helps you write a simple if-then plan for it.

At task generation time, Scout queries the evidence database using your goal type, week number, mood, and profile patterns. The top 3 to 5 most relevant entries are selected and injected into the prompt.
